How do my points become rewards?
100 points equals $1 off. Rider members earn 3 points per eligible $1 and Elite members earn 5. Redeem in $1 increments. Smile issues your reward discount when you redeem points. Rewards can combine with eligible flash-sale discounts; enter both codes at checkout.
When do purchase points become available?
Purchase points are held for 30 days and released once the order meets the program’s eligibility checks. Full refunds remove the associated points; partial refunds reduce them proportionally. Bonus actions have their own rules.
When do points expire?
Points use Smile’s standard two-year inactivity period (720 days). Earning or redeeming points restarts that period. Smile sends expiration reminders to eligible customers before points expire.
How does my birthday bonus work?
Add your birth month and day at least 30 days before your birthday. Receive 1,000 points, worth $10, once every 365 days.
Do I have to sign up for text messages?
No. SMS is a separate, optional choice. A checkout phone number alone is not permission to send marketing texts. Membership and the signup bonus are available whether or not you subscribe.
Buying for a younger rider?
An adult purchaser earns and manages rewards in their own account and can use those rewards when buying for their rider. This program does not offer child accounts or transfers between members.
