TXC Designs – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
By placing an order with TXC Designs, you agree to the following terms:
• Most products are pre-ordered or made-to-order and are produced specifically for your selected bike model and variant.
Damaged, Incorrect, Missing, or Defective Items
• You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging are required for review.
Return & Exchange Window
• All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Requests outside this timeframe are not eligible.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return/exchange:
• Item must be unused and uninstalled
• Must include original packaging and all components
• Must be in resellable condition
• Proof of purchase is required
Approved Returns
• Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped items must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds & Cancellations
• Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once production or fulfillment begins.
• Shipping label creation means the order is already in fulfillment and no longer eligible for cancellation.
• Refunds (if approved after inspection) are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Because our products are custom-made, coated, painted, and built-to-order, they cannot be restocked or resold once production starts.
