TXC Ultra Bee Giveaway #2: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING COMPARED TO AN EQUAL NUMBER OF FREE MAIL-IN ENTRIES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The Galligan Company LLC, 18853 WildBlue Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33913 ("Sponsor"). Sponsor operates txcdesigns.com.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, of any age. Entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter. Employees of Sponsor, and their immediate families and household members, are not eligible.
3. Entry period
Starts October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends Friday, November 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official clock.
4. How to enter
a. Purchase entry. Buy an entry pack at txcdesigns.com during the Entry Period. Each pack lists the number of entries it includes.
b. Free mail-in entry. Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email, phone number, and age on a 3x5 card. Mail it in its own envelope to: TXC Ultra Bee Giveaway #2 Free Entry, The Galligan Company LLC, 18853 WildBlue Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33913. Each request earns 6 entries. One request per envelope. Requests must be postmarked by November 24, 2026 and received by November 27, 2026. Mechanically reproduced cards are not accepted.
Purchase entries and free entries have the same chance of winning, entry for entry.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: a 2026 Surron Ultra Bee, built and modified by TXC Designs (approximate retail value $7,000), plus a $1,000 TXC Designs store credit. Total approximate retail value: $8,000. Store credit has no cash value, does not expire, and may be used across multiple orders until the balance is used. The bike will be shipped to the winner's address in the United States at Sponsor's cost. The bike is an off-road vehicle and may not be street legal where the winner lives. The winner is responsible for all taxes, title, and registration. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the prize value.
6. Winner under 21
If the potential winner is under 21, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian who is 21 or older. That parent or guardian must sign all prize documents and accept the bike on the winner's behalf.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Drawing and notification
The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Saturday, November 28, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. ET, using a randomized drawing application. The potential winner will be notified by email and phone within 48 hours and must respond within 7 days. The winner (or their parent or guardian) must sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release. If the winner can't be reached, doesn't respond, or is ineligible, an alternate winner will be drawn.
9. General conditions
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry or breaks these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical failures. If the giveaway can't run as planned, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel it and draw from eligible entries received before that point.
10. Release
By entering, entrants release Sponsor from claims arising from participation or use of the prize, to the extent allowed by law.
11. Privacy
Information collected is used as described in our Privacy Policy at txcdesigns.com/policies/privacy-policy.
12. Winner's name
For the winner's name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor's address by December 31, 2026.
