1. General

By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products and Orders

All products are sold “as is” and subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without notice.
Payment must be made in full before an order is processed. We are not responsible for any foreign transaction fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or card issuer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control do not entitle the customer to a refund.
Once an order leaves our facility, the risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer.

5. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy | TXC Designs

By placing an order with TXC Designs, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. Many of our products are pre-ordered or made-to-order, meaning each item is produced specifically based on the selected model, variant, and specifications.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging so we can properly assess the situation.

Once your case is reviewed and approved, we will provide the next steps, which may include a return, replacement, or other resolution depending on the situation.

Return Request Window (Strict Policy)

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours (2 days) of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe are strictly ineligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, all conditions below must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and completely uninstalled
  • Item must be in original, resellable condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and components must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in automatic denial of the return request.

Return Requirements (Once Approved)

When a return is requested and approved:

  • The item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Items showing signs of use, installation, damage after delivery, or missing components may not be eligible for approval

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

Return Authorization Process

Requests must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Supporting photos/videos (if applicable)

Inspection & Resolution

All returned items undergo inspection upon receipt. Once approved, we will process a refund or replacement depending on the condition and outcome of the review.

Refunds, when approved, are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Production, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom-made and pre-order nature of our products:

  • All orders are final once processing or production has begun
  • Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once in production
  • The generation of a shipping label confirms the order is in fulfillment and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund
  • Customers are fully responsible for verifying the correct product selection before purchase

TXC Designs products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund because each item is custom-based, pre-ordered, and made-to-order. Our production process involves professional customization, including specialized paint application and a curing process designed to improve durability and scratch resistance. This ensures every item meets our quality standards, but also requires extended production time and removes the ability to restock or resell items once production has started.

TXC Designs is not responsible for errors made during checkout.

Approved Exceptions (Limited Cases Only)

Returns or exchanges may only be considered if:

  • Wrong item or wrong variant received
  • Confirmed compatibility or fit issues (item must be unused and uninstalled)

*If approved, the original item must be returned and received before any replacement or resolution is issued.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions

TXC Designs does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items that show any of the following:

  • Installation, use, or mounting of any kind
  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
  • Missing parts, packaging, or components
  • Requests submitted outside the return window

*Installed or used items are considered final sale with no exceptions.

Inspection & Final Decision Rights

All returned items are subject to strict inspection upon receipt. TXC Designs reserves the sole right to approve or deny any return, refund, or exchange based on compliance with this policy.

All decisions made by TXC Designs are final and binding.

6. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By completing a purchase with TXC Designs, the customer agrees to first contact us directly at txccustomerservice@gmail.com to resolve any order-related concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We maintain detailed records of all orders, communications, tracking updates, delivery confirmations, and customer interactions. These records will be used as evidence in the event of any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution with TXC Designs may be considered unauthorized or fraudulent activity and will be fully contested with supporting documentation provided to the payment processor and issuing bank.

Customers acknowledge that initiating a chargeback does not waive their obligations under this policy and may result in delays while the dispute is reviewed.

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve any issue quickly and fairly.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

All products are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to disrupt operations. We reserve the right to terminate access or cancel orders if misuse is suspected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in Florida courts.
